Our story
Why we built Magnus Connect
Magnus Connect started from a familiar frustration: comparing NDIS providers meant a dozen browser tabs, a stack of PDFs and a phone that never seemed to get answered. For an already stretched participant or family, that friction is exhausting — and it often means people settle for whoever answers first, not whoever fits best.
We set out to build a single, modern platform that treats finding disability support with the same care as the support itself: verified information up front, real comparisons, direct messaging, and matching that actually listens to what someone needs. Today, Magnus Connect connects participants, providers, support coordinators and allied health professionals across Australia — with a lot more still to build.
