By creating an account or using Magnus Connect, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What Magnus Connect is (and isn't)
Magnus Connect is a platform that helps participants, families and support coordinators discover and connect with NDIS providers. We are not a registered NDIS provider, healthcare provider, or party to any service agreement made between participants and providers, and we do not guarantee the quality, suitability or outcome of any support delivered.
Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Provider listings & verification
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listed services, pricing, registration status and credentials. Magnus Connect performs reasonable verification checks but does not independently audit every claim made in a provider profile.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with a provider contacted or booked through the platform. We may remove reviews that violate our review guidelines, including reviews that are defamatory, fraudulent, or unrelated to the service provided.
Payments
Participant use of the platform is free. Providers pay subscription fees as set out on our Pricing page. Fees for actual NDIS supports are agreed directly between participants and providers and are not processed by Magnus Connect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including posting false information, harassing other users, or attempting to circumvent our verification or security systems.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnus Connect is not liable for any loss arising from services arranged between participants and providers, or from information provided by users of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, with material changes notified on this page.
