FAQs

Common questions about Support Coordination

What's the difference between a Support Coordinator and a Plan Manager?

A Support Coordinator helps you find and connect with providers and implement your plan day-to-day. A Plan Manager handles the financial side — paying invoices and tracking your budget. Some participants use both, and Magnus Connect can help you find each.

How much Support Coordination funding will I get?

This is set by the NDIA based on your individual circumstances and is reviewed at each plan reassessment — your coordinator can help you understand what's currently allocated.

How do I find a provider for Support Coordination?

Use the Find Providers search and filter by Support Coordination and your location — every listed provider shows registration status, ratings and current availability.
